EMCOPAC staff is trained to work safely in each process, with environmental responsibility as its main objective, maintaining the cold chain from reception to delivery of the product. These protocol practices make it the recipient of international certifications on the subject, such as: HACCP, GMP, BRC, FDA.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
It is a food safety system based on the identification of all potential hazards in ingredients and the different food production processes. The objective is to take the necessary measures to prevent possible risks of contamination and thus guarantee food safety.

Good Manufacturing Practice
The GMP regulations, called Good Manufacturing Standards in Spanish, are responsible for establishing the quality standards that the manufacturing and production process of certain items must meet, such as food, cosmetic products or medicines.

The BRC standards pursue the standardization of food quality, safety and hygienic handling criteria, as well as ensuring that food manufacturers comply with their legal obligations and provide due protection to the end consumer.

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is the United States government agency responsible for the regulation of foods, drugs (human and veterinary), cosmetics, medical biologicals (including blood derivatives) and vaccines, among others.
