The Suárez Valencia family detected the need to create sources of work, as a visionary project in the Artisanal Fishing Port of Esmeraldas, involving all actors in the fishing sector, strengthening the economy of the Esmeraldas population.
EMCOPAC workers are adapted to strict biosafety policies. The operational area is under the supervision of a plant manager, who guarantees control of health regulations in the food framework.
